Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Tidy and peaceful apartment on the beachfront in Motueka. There is a beautiful beach trail conveniently located in front of the property. A short stroll to a children’s playground and the Motueka Saltwater Baths. A few minutes further down the trail you reach the Motueka wharf and Coastal Cafe, an excellent Coffee stop. There is also a beautiful reserve across the road from the apartment which has a wonderful trail weaving amongst the native trees where you will also see lots of native birds.

It has its own bathroom, bedroom and kitchen facilities. Access directly to the beach is just at the end of the driveway and just a short walk will get you to the Waikawa Marina, Restaurant and Bar, or to the endless possibilities of scenic beach side and bush walks. 5 minutes drive will have you at the public Waikawa Bay launching ramp.
