Casa do Lagar (T2) aims to offer you a relaxing stay on Terceira Island, Azores. Located in the Biscoitos vineyard country, it is a 15-minute walk from the natural pools and 15 minutes from the center of the parish. It can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Casa do Lagar has a patio with a wood oven and barbecue and a backyard where you can enjoy the sounds of the sea, rocking yourself in the swing hammock.

Tem 40m2 e é dominado por um arco em cantaria do séc. XVII. Tem uma ampla (17m2) varanda exclusiva com mesa/cadeiras e com vista sobre o jardim, a cidade e o mar. Para uma ocupação máxima de 2 pessoas. Os espaços comuns incluem o jardim, uma pool exterior, uma esplanada e um salão com biblioteca e lareira.

A Quinta Rico - House II é uma nova casa construída de raiz, com todas as comodidades e uma vista privilegiada para o mar. Poderá passear pelos seus pomares onde pode encontrar uma variedade de árvores de fruto, bem como pequenas hortas e alguns animais como galinhas, pavões, perus e coelhos. Fica à disposição dos hóspedes uma generosa piscina com um jacúzi aquecido e uma sauna exterior.

Casa nova restaurada em 2018, mantendo-se alguns pormenores da antiga moradia. Fica no 2º piso da casa e último. Tem acesso por varanda traseira a um pátio exterior, com lavandaria, duche de exterior, churrascaria e usufruto de mobiliário de jardim. Do quintal poderá ter uma vista soberba sobre parte da cidade de Angra e para as ilhas de S. Jorge e Pico. É um T1 composto por um quarto com amplas janelas tipo velux, casa de banho, cozinha e sala comum.

From the Green House, you can see São Jorge, Pico and Graciosa. The three neighbouring islands bear witness to the time our guests spend gazing at them. They are vain and like to be admired. They are uninhibited, exposing themselves to those who want to see them. The Green House, situated in the middle of the farm, is a balancing point between the different views. From its windows, you can see the sea, the mountains, the cerrados and Pico da Vigia.
