Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Our wooden house is a hidden gem in idyllic residential neighbourhood, only 700 meters from downtown! It is a charming high-quality cabin up to 4 persons (kitchen, large bathroom with sauna, fireplace). City sights and shopping are within a walking distance! Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Luonnonkauniilla paikalla huvila Louejoen äärellä. Tilava grillikota ja ulkosauna (5hlöä), sekä puut kuuluvat hintaan. Marja- ja ulkoilumaastot lähellä. Kalastus mahdollisuus omassa rannassa (Ahven, Harri) Helppo lähteä ulkoilemaan heti mökin pihasta luonnon rauhaan. Mahdollisuus myös vuokrata uusi mönkijä Polaris Sportman 570. Liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat sis. hintaan. Kätkävaaran luontopolku lähellä. Alueella satoja kilometrejä erilaisia ulkoilureittejä.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Kalliokuura Suite tarjoaa sinulle ja seurueellesi mahtavat puitteet rentouttavalle lomalle. Sisustuksessa on käytetty maanläheisiä sävyjä, jossa hirsiseinät ja muut yksityiskohdat antavat omaleimaisen tunnelman. Huoneistossa on oma hulppea elokuvateatteri ja tilava, remontoitu saunaosasto. Suosittelemme varaamaan etukäteen ulkona olevan kylpytynnyrin, joka viimeistelee ainutlaatuisen kokemuksen!

Traditional Finnish cottage

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.

Garden Cottage 29 - Wood Heated Sauna & Parking

Our Garden Cottage is a cute cottage of 36 m2 + an attic for extra sleeping space. There is a wood heated sauna, a traditional stove and a small kitchen with basic utensils. We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
