It’s located on our 13 acre property in New Boston, Tx. With 3 beds and 2 bath there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. You can take a dip in the pool to cool off or sit out on the deck and get some sun. Also enjoy the gazebo with a gas grill and sitting area.

Nettles Nest is a rustic cabin nestled in the piney woods of northeast Texas in the small town of Redwater, just outside of Texarkana. It is located on a 5 acre lake. It's a great place to unplug. No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.

Gate from driveway leading to your door with keyless entry. Area is very quiet. The backyard is the ONLY shared area. Couch is extremely comfortable to sleep on & I can reconfigure room to add double air mattress on request.

Nannie’s place

This luxury tiny home sits on land that has been in our family for over 140 years. My great grandmother (Nannie) lived on this land for many years. Her home is now gone, but it was always welcoming and many have precious memories of their time spent here. We hope our guests feel the same love and peace that we feel when we spend time at Nannie’s Place!
