Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Nestled among the mature trees and the beautiful pristine hill/pasture view of the Arbuckles. A perfect setting for a romantic get away for 2 or a family /friends fun day at Turner Falls! Once inside the property, you feel so secluded for the very coveted peace & quiet afforded by the beauty of nature. Only less then 4 miles fromTurner falls, Fried pies and Smoking Jo's, & 6 miles from town for nearest grocery and great coffee at Iron Wolf! A great jumping point for all this natural and fun!

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book).
