In the heart of Muskoka cottage Located in Muskoka cottage country, our traditional boathouse sits on pristine Lake Joseph—perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and water sports. The private living area is for your exclusive use. The lower dock is a shared space with the homeowner and available. You’re welcome to bring a motorized boat or Jet Ski; open dock space is included. We also provide two single kayaks, one double kayak, and a paddleboard for your enjoyment. Relax, recharge, and enjoy!

This cabin features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. Our rental is located at Millennium Marina.

Wake up to coffee and gorgeous sunrises. Spend the day relaxing on the rooftop or reading book on the private deck. It's just a quick splash into the water if you get hot! The houseboat comes with a/c, heater, private grill and is stocked with water and coffee. Bathroom and shower is a short walk away.

Enjoy this unique floating home located on Georgian Bay. This floating home has a bedroom with a Queen Bed with a private bathroom, full kitchen, couch that can be converted into a bed, a loft with 2 single beds and a deck to enjoy the beautiful view. Enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. This is a completely non smoking/vaping building. There is also free transient dockage for a 26 ft boat or rent a boat during your stay.

Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

Whether you are visiting to see the local sites or just to relax, enjoy our charming floating home with a private 1 bedroom suite. The two decks offer amazing sunset views. Prepare a meal in our kitchen with your family and enjoy our cozy living room. Walking distance to local attractions such as the Jet Express, local restaurants, beaches, and downtown Port Clinton. The Owners Suite is on the top level - not included in the rental (will not be occupied during your stay).

Inside you will find a king size bed, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area has a futon that can also be a sleeper.
