Sæból is a historic farm in one of the most remote parts of Iceland. Visitors will find a truly authentic experience of life in the Westfjords, past and present. It provides amazing access to the mountains and the sea, and the opportunity to enjoy the remoteness and quiet that make the Westfjords so special. In Sæból lives a friendly sheep farmer known as Bettý (my mother) and she is the last remaining resident of Ingjaldssandur. She also makes beautiful handcrafts that she sells at her house.

Beautiful 37m2 cottage located in the heart of Stykkishólmur, with a view of Breiðafjörður from the living room. Perfect location and a short walk to the harbor, restaurants, grocery store and community pool. Small yet spacious, the cottage is newly refurbished with wooden floors and geothermal underfloor radiant heat. Bathroom with shower, and private bedroom sleeps two. Loft above sleeps 1-2 additional guests.

A fully restored 2 story house built in 1938, right in the center of Stykkisholmur´s beautiful old Town. The house has a great view over the harbour and Breiðafjörður bay. In the back there is a sheltered deck with seating, a barbecue and a large Hot tub. It is a short walking distance from the port, town pool and all of the great restaurants. Our place is perfect for those that want to explore the Westfjords, with the three top destinations of the area within an hours drive. It is on the ground floor of our house, we live upstairs and are happy to provide information our guests might need for their traveling. The apartment is recently renovated and has great view over the fjord.

A small cozy cottage on the edge of a forest in the Westfjords, more specifically by Þingeyri Dýrafjörður. Here you can relax in unspoiled surroundings and enjoy nature in Brekkudalur. This small 25 sqm cottage is heated with a wood stove, water closet, cold running water, gas refrigerator and gas stove.
