In Las Croabas. You must go at least once for breakfast. The owner (Gladys is amiable and welcoming.) You sit on the roof of her house overlooking the Bio-Bay. The pancakes are the best you will ever have. Parking stinks, but we always find parking. If she offers the fruit salad, do it. It's delicious. Reservations are a must!

Las Vistas Café is a hidden gem with specialty fare for those "in the know.”Boasts sweeping views of the sea, the Las Croabas neighborhood, and the nearby nature reserve. The rooftop cafe serves made to order breakfast and lunch, with fastidious service, and high quality ingredients. Surface is genteel, but often slow so don’t show up hangry. With a wonderful breeze and good shading, dining is best enjoyed in good weather, of course. A real "find"! Reservations required, so call ahead.

Great place to eat breakfast on a rooftop of the neighborhood with the view of Vieques, the bioluminiscent lagoon. and much more. Enjoy coconut banana pancakes, Benedict, fruit salad and much more on a whole different environment.
