Elijah's is a family favorite restaurant- not cheap, but right on the boardwalk of Chandler's Wharf (riverfront boardwalk) and full of the most amazing model ships! always fascinated me as a kid (still does!) great place for lunch and dinner if you're making the day-trip to Wilmington!
