A classic vintage diner feel locally owned that serves great food and is known for their pies and desserts! I like to go for green rivers and their French fries! :)

This cute diner was featured on Diner, Drive Ins and Dives a few years ago. Prices are reasonable. The Philly Steak Sandwich and Spinach Salad are our favorites. The curly fries are amazing as well. Great pies for dessert. Very reasonably priced. Located on Main Street in Goshen.

Featured on Diners Drive In’s & Dives, it’s an iconic diner. The owner is from Philadelphia, so the cheese steak sandwich is a staple and the chili is award winning. Our nephew likes their green river. Don’t forget to ask to see the desserts. The coconut mvacaroon pie is one of Vallie’s favorites.

South Side Soda Shop’s chili has been voted Michiana’s best chili seven times and the Lemon Meringue pie won the Indiana Pie Quest Contest. The South Side Soda Shop has been featured in Gourmet Magazine and in the premiere season of Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” with host Guy Fieri. The turtle soup, chili, cheese steaks, and pies are amazing.

Guy Fiery loved their Philly steak when he came to town. My favorites are the spinach salad with hot bacon dressing and the gyro.
