Nice tapas bar on a pedestrian street where you can sit outside if it's nice. Park in the Cervantes carpark.

They have two branches the original one at calle Cervantes 8. 952 21 89 90. Book in advance. And a new one close to the cathedral C/ Postigo De Los Abades, 4. 952 60 23 89. I prefer the original one, but the one next to the catedral is a good option if you are downtown. Malaga traditional cuisine. I recommend ensaladilla rusa, porra, and flamenquín among others.
