At 39, he is recognized internationally as one of the most important entrepreneurs, businessmen and peace leaders in Colombia. He is the first chef in history to lead a Colombian cuisine restaurant, Elcielo Washington, D. C., awarded a Michelin Star (April 2021). Great gastronomic dining experience! an incredible 13 course tasting menu with an explosive finish. The service and atmosphere were great too, definitely recommend!
