Its delightfully posh afternoon tea (including arancini, hot smoked salmon focaccia sandwiches and blood orange cheesecake) is served with unrivalled views of the city.

I've never been here but there are great views of the river apparently. Probably nice romantic thing to do at sunset. You don't have to dine you can just have a drink.....I think.
