Worth a visit to pretty market town of Hitchin 30 mins away for stroll by the river and castle and lunch or dinner in one of the many cafes and restaurants .This one is our favourite..

Huge bar and restaurant.. very stylish, cool, industrial.. looks like an old train station.. Where the "hip" people go.. good cocktails
