Ideal for enjoying snow and skiing in winter, hiking in the mountains, and the lake in summer. This chalet will appeal to mountain lovers who enjoy being away from the noise and immersed in nature.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of a chalet. There are no direct neighbors to either the front or the backside, so there is an unobstructed view and privacy. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a baby. Shops (fromagerie, small supermarket) are on walking distance.

Ce duplex à THOLLON LES MEMISES vous séduira par son emplacement privilégié surplombant le lac Léman. STATION DE SKI à 10 km des plages d’Évian-les-Bains. Situé au centre de la station, à 1000m d’altitude, au pied de la télécabine, et des commerces sans voiture. Grand parking gratuit sur place. L’appartement est idéal pour 2 familles (4 adultes, 4 ou 5 enfants). 2 chambres fermées, un dortoir ouvert pour les enfants avec lits superposés. Terrasse et jardin.
