Our home is special for its location providing easy summer access to water on the Deschutes River and easy winter access to snowy adventures on Mt Bachelor. Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Perfect for ski trips to Mt Bachelor, day of golf at Quail Run, or exploring in Sunriver. This house sits on 1.5 acres, with a fully fenced area for dogs, that backs up to 350 acres of public BLM land for you to explore. Nearby Wickiup reservoir, Paulina lake, Twin lakes and more! We have bikes, tennis rackets, canoe, ect. for you to Enjoy! Take the bikes and ride 2 miles to the river, Store, golfing, tennis, Sunriver Village and more. Only 17m from Mount Bachelor!

SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

The 4 bed (2 separate bedrooms and one sleep/lounge area) and 1 bathroom cabin + secluded and fully fenced outside area offers a cozy gathering place close to some of Oregons most beautiful destinations (i.e. Smith Rock State Park, Mount Bachelor,...).

During the winter season, activities such as snowboarding, skiing, sledding, and snow mobile rides are only within 40 minutes away at Mt. Bachelor. City life in Bend is only 30 min away.
