Casa Berlinda, das allein stehende Rustico an Südlage auf einem großen Wald- und Wiesen-Grundstück sorgt durch die reizvolle Kombination aus rustikalen Elementen mit modernem Komfort (alle Räume Bodenheizung, Dusch-Bad und Küche) für Behaglichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. This beautiful, newly built two family house with spectacular views of Lago Maggiore, Ronco, Italy, Ascona and Locarno will take your breath away. The spacious apartment (150 m2) has floor to ceiling windows in every room, an open plan custom designed kitchen, a large terrace overlooking the lake and two parking spaces. It also offers a lift and is fully wheelchair accessible. Ascona, lake access and shopping facilities are a short 10 min car ride away.

The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.
