Casa Gioia liegt im 12. 500m2 grossen Parco Paradiso in Piazzogna, Tessin. Der Park eignet sich für Familien, Paare und Einzelpersonen, die sich in der Natur inmitten Bäume und Blumen aller Art erholen wollen. Es gibt diverse Gärten, Wiesen, Waldschluchten, Teiche und Bäche, die zum Verweilen einladen. Für Wellness ist mit Whirlpool und Sauna gesorgt. Für Sportliebhaber gibt es die Möglichkeit, Basketball, Tischtennis oder Badminton zu spielen oder das grosse bodenebene Trampolin zu benutzen.

"Casa del campo" a Semione - 250 mq con sauna

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.

Importante: Chalet SOLE è raggiungibile esclusivamente a piedi (circa 1 ora di cammino) oppure, in inverno, con la seggiovia, gli sci o le racchette da neve. Chalet in legno e pietra situato direttamente sulle piste da sci di Bosco Gurin, immerso nella natura e con splendida vista sulle montagne.
