Spacious 1,800 sq foot- 3 bedroom home with 2 baths near the beach and much more. This stand alone, family-friendly house is on a quiet street very near to the beach. Only a short walk (0.1 miles) to beach access at Yaquina Bay State park & lighthouse. We are also a very short distance to the Historic Bayfront, 0.9 miles away! Cut through the Yaquina State Park and walk to the Bayfront in under 15 minutes. Occasionally, you can ever hear Sea Lions barking from our front porch!

With two large balconies facing the ocean there is ample room to take in the breathtaking views with friends and family! Have a soak in either of the two ocean facing hot tubs, each with their own outdoor shower. When the day is done, have the best sleep of your life in the organic latex mattresses and silky bamboo sheets.

The ocean view! That's what this property is all about. Sitting more than 150 feet above Beverly Beach with windows looking west, the views are incredible. With rolling waves and the possibility of spotting whales, this is the place! This is a house that we have recently purchased. The only thing that has remained in the house is the kitchen cabinets, stove, oven, and microwave. Everything else is new! The views are spectacular, that is what this house is about.

Our little cottage is dog friendly (no cats or other pets) and a short walk to anything you want; the beach, Newport Performing Arts Center, brew pubs and restaurants, and an array of quaint boutiques. The cottage is newly remodeled, including new flooring, tile counters, new tub and tile surround, new bathroom vanity, etc. and each bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed.
