The Soca valley offers you unique opportunities to explore the natural and cultural heritage of the Tolminska region. Apart from several museums, there are well maintained trails leading to places of cultural interest and energy spots. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Lovely cottage in wilderness of the National Park

The chalet on mountain pasture Uskovnica is equipped with all the luxury that you would want on your vacation. Please note that it is a mountain cottage and there is gravel road (2 km). On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with access to a large balcony. There is a Finnish sauna that you can use to relax. There is also a table with a bench outside, everything for relaxing after hiking.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.
