Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

There's lots to see and do in K-Ville.

Smoke your dinner on a wood pellet/ propane combo grill on a large covered deck while you fortify your body in a state of the art fitness area featuring a Vitruvian Trainer! less than 10 minute drive to Robert Treman and Buttermilk falls state park, and a mile away from the Danby state Forrest.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide some breakfast items and coffee. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road.
