Charming unique 2BR home w Central AC in great location. 3 min walk to downtown, a rec trail across the street, 10-15 min walk to Cornell or IC & 5 min drive to incredible nature! Beautiful garden/yard. Important to note: this is my home, not a full time Airbnb. I welcome guests who appreciate the unique experience of staying in someone's home and respect their surroundings. For those who are sensitive to dogs, please note there is a dog (labradoodle) who lives here when we are not hosting.

The lakefront home is situated on the west side of Cayuga Lake in Ithaca, NY. Close by to Downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and local attractions. Your well behaved furry friends are welcome to join you at the lake house. There is a $75 additional fee if you bring your pet with you. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.
