The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Located close to Steamboat Springs Ski Resort, in beautiful Oak Creek. Full of history, this little mining town has a museum, beautiful park with creek running through, multiple restaurants, an ice rink, grocery, drug, recreational stores and more. Great views and access to the Flat Top Wilderness, Stagecoach State Park, Routt MedBow, etc. You’ll love this place because of the location, the price and the comfort. The Home is good for couples, solo, families and furry friends (we accept pets).

Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.
