The 1929 refurbished loft has foosball table, shuffleboard, steel tip dart board and a baby grand piano! Two large smart TV's and a great view of the city. Located right above Bite Me BBQ, across the street from Norton's Brewery, and step out front turn left and you can see Intrust Bank Arena just a block away!

The Nest

The Nest is an upstairs mini apartment in a building on a working bison ranch. The decor is birds, flowers, nature. The windows look out over the pastures. The bathroom features a shower and small clothes washer. The kitchenette area includes hot drink dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. A cot and portable crib are available on request. Breakfast snacks and coffee are included in the room rate. Covid concerns: you will be the only occupants in the building overnight.

Featuring original artwork, uncommon craftsmanship, and lush greenery, the apartment is the perfect place to escape the big city. Parking is removed from the road and secure. Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

Mainstreet Loft

Built around 1906, this loft apartment in downtown Lincoln has been fully renovated with new everything. New hardwood floors, new furniture, new kitchen, new exterior balcony, new plumbing, new wiring, new everything! Having said that, all the historic charm of this historic "post rock" limestone building have been maintained including an exposed brick wall and an original skylight along with salvaged wood and doors.
