Apartamento T1 no centro de Santa Cruz, totalmente equipado, a menos de 5 minutos a pé da praia. Localizado numa zona de ampla e com facilidade de estacionamento. O apartamento foi totalmente remodelado em 2019, possui um quarto de casal, uma casa de banho e uma sala ligada à com a cozinha, com um sofá cama. Na rua em frente há um supermercado, lavandaria e mais comércio. Tem máquina de lavar loiça, fogão, frigorífico e micro ondas. Não tem máquina de lavar roupa e forno.

Tequila House - Luxury House in Portugal

The Tequila House is located in Pregança do Mar - Santa Barbara. It is a hamlet of the city of Lourinhã (5-10 min by car). It is located 4km from the sea and only 40min from Lisbon airport. Very easy to access (40km of highway and 10km of national). Located on a small hill in an ultra quiet residential area. A few hundred meters away are two bakeries and a mini-market.
