Foley's Cottage - Restored 18th century Farmhouse.

Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

No. 34 is situated in Kilmacthomas village with easy access to the Waterford Greenway, shops, cafes and bars that can all be explored on foot. A perfect base to explore the Copper Coast, its many beaches and the Comeragh Mountains all within 10km. The property is situated in a quiet residential area making it suitable for all. We have a strict NO parties or loud music rule! If hiking, biking, walking, running, surfing, exploring or just relaxing is your thing, No 34 will tick all the boxes!

Nestled in the heart of the scenic Hook Peninsula, our home is a cherished gem steeped in memories of wonderful family holidays. Once a humble fisherman's terraced house, it has been lovingly renovated to blend charm with modern comforts. This cozy house is suitable for families with stair guards, highchair and a playground close by. Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

This new house is in a quiet neighbourhood, just off the N25 but feels as though you are in the heart of the countryside. It is in the ideal location for exploring all that Waterford has to offer. It is: - 7 min drive to nearest Greenway entrance at Durrow. - 10 min drive to Clonea beach - 9 min drive to Dungarvan - 4 min to nearest shops - 8 min to Crough woods - 11 min to Coumshingaun Lake trail - 3 min to Bridgie Terries pub/restaurant.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful, newly refurbished 5 bedroom house. Located just off Main Street in the heart of the town, just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the beach. A2 rated, this super-warm home is designed and finished to an extremely high standard. 1 night stays are occasionally possible on request. I usually only accept 3 night bookings on Bank Holiday weekends.

Mount Sylvan is perched on an elevated private site and has uninterrupted panoramic views of Tramore bay. Mount Sylvan has other attractions which include its privacy & within a 3 min walk from the boat pier & Tramore golf club, beach 10 min walk, swimming at Newtown Cove 10 min walk. Ritz pub & Pier Cafe/Restaurant 2 min walk. Mount Sylvan can be rented as an entire house . Beautiful garden, BBQ area all with sea views.

Newly renovated entire residential home Annestown

Recently restored, spacious 5 bedroom house fitted with all modern appliances. Has a large outdoor seating area & huge garden overlooking Annestown Beach. The Copper Coast offers a wonderful coastline, close to Tramore, Anne Valley Walk, Dunhill Castle, Comeragh Mountains for hiking, Waterford City is a 20 minute drive. Cork airport is a 1 1/2 hr drive and Dublin airport is a 2 hr drive.

Quiet Retreat

Enjoy a quiet getaway in the Wexford countryside in this old 1800s stone building which includes a private ornamental garden to relax in. The building was used as a milking parlour and hay storage through much of the 1900s. .Wexford town 10 minutes . Johnson Castle 5 minutes. . Rosslare Harbour 15 minutes. Kilmore quay 20 minutes. Plus a host of beaches and many tourist attractions.

Boatstrand Beachhouse

Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
