Located in Franklin, NC, the Appalachian Tiny Home (the ATH) is an ideal base camp for every adventure, and is only 20 min. from the Nantahala nat'l forest. This tiny home has its own entrance as well as a deck, fire pit and fully-stocked wood shed. The nearby spring is a short walk down the hill, and it's the perfect place for foraging and rockhounding in the gem capital of the world.

This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

Welcome to The Lazy Bear! Listen to the sounds of the creek as you relax on the front porch of this 1964 cabin. Dog friendly fenced in front yard. $50 pet fee. Nice furnishings. 7 miles to town of Franklin which offers shopping, restaurants, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, gem mining and more! Just bring your personal items, clothes and food! We offer privacy and comfort along with beautiful views in your private suite in the mountains, with lots of outdoor space. We're within easy driving distance to Sylva, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, Cherokee and more. We're not fancy but clean and welcoming, with lots of amenities. EVERYONE WELCOME! Colorful home! Peaceful setting. The legacy continues with rooster calls and fresh eggs! Convenient to downtown Historic Hendersonville, shopping, restaurants, local breweries, and the interstate. Close to DuPont State Park, Pisgah National Forest, Biltmore Estate, and the Tryon Equestrian Center. Visit neighboring cities for hiking, biking, walking, horseback riding, kayaking, tubing, and zip lining in the area. Kayaks and guided tours available to local hiking and waterfalls!

Built on our Organic farm, largely from trees harvested and sawn here. Insulated and heated. Deck overlooks Beaverdam Creek. Great space on a cold or dreary winter's day for a retreat. We have a furnished kitchen available for use by our airbnb guests. Bathhouse is also shared in a stand alone building. Our campsites and treehouse are all creekside in bottom land. In monsoon rains, a short walk is required for access. In normal weather one can drive right up to our spaces.

Located on the edge of the Blue Ridge Escarpment with lakes Jocassee and Keowee just a few miles away. Numerous state parks, hiking, biking , waterfalls and kayaking or just peace and quiet. We are a sustainable homestead with an organic garden, chickens ,quail, dogs and cats. Our water comes from a natural spring.

We can supply maps for hiking. End of road, bedroom/bath behind home, exterior entrance, tile shower, 15 min to Asheville, 8 min Weaverville, 18 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min to Ledges River Park on the French Broad River. The bedroom is 11x14, plus bath, amenity storage & deck.

Nearly new Park Model Cabin located on the banks of the Tuckasegee River, one of the best trout streams in NC! There is an easy access off Hwy. 107 S, about 5 miles from Cullowhee. It is close to many parks for hikiing and biking and lakes for boating and fishing. It has an all wood interior with a screened porch, picnic table , fire pit and charcoal grill. There is a nice walkway down to the river. Enjoy fishing, swimming and boating at this nice escape!
