The apartment is located in the amazing Folkeparken, the largest public park and protected area on the island. The park has hiking trails, and cross country skiing in the winter. Telegrafbukta is located within the park, witch is known as a great place to experiance the northern lights. Other usefull amenities closeby include: gym and busstops 200 meters, Tromsø museum 550 m, grocery store 1,2 km and city center is within walking distance. Velkommen til Skipperstua "Stella" med sitt maritime preg, lyse farger, sjøutsikt, romslig musikksamling og egen fotokunst på veggene. Stedet innbyr til avslapning og ro og ligger ved fjorden på Varangerhalvøya i den samiske/norske kommunen Unjargga/Nesseby. (N70) Sentralt til i forhold til naturbaserte, sesongbetonte aktiviteter og for utforskning av Varangerhalvøya, Nasjonalparken og Øst Finnmark. Robåt, bålplass kan benyttes fritt etter avtale. Vertskapet bor i hovedleilighet på gården.

Small studio apartment in an old villa. Separate entrance. 18m2. Bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av Fjellheisen/ Sherpatrappa, Ishavskatedralen, Tromsøbrua, bussforbindelser og butikk. Tromsø sentrum er 5 minutter unna med bil/ buss eller ca. 25 minutters gåtur. Busstoppet er under 100 meter fra leiligheten. Gratis parkering på tomten. Utleier bor i samme hus, men det er ulike innganger. Velkommen!
