PARKING IS ON THE MAIN ROAD ONLY, approx 200m walk away. The private lane is only for short drop-offs. Self-contained annex on the edge of BS5. Close to main transport routes and local amenities. It is ideally suited for a single person on a longer stay or a couple on a shorter stay. The bed is a small double at 4ft wide. Set back from the main road so it's peaceful and relaxed A dedicated entrance ensures you can come and go as you please. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

City Hideaway with hot tub (family/couples only)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

The Ivory Annex is a modern self contained mini bungalow within walking distance of Kingswood High Street, St George's Park, and 3 miles from the centre of Bristol. A bus stop within yards of the Annex provides good transport links to Bristol Temple Meads Station, Cabot Circus, other Bristol attractions, and to the city of Bath. Free private parking is available for guests within the premises. Newly renovated, it features a living room, kitchenette, hallway, double bedroom, and bathroom.

Bus 44 and 45 go straight into the city centre, less than a minute walk. Electric scooters are also available from outside the flats on Nags Head Hill. Trooper's Hill is less than 5 minutes walk away. The river Avon is a 15 minute walk where you can paddleboard over to Brislington, or get the Boat across to Beeses.

Spacious 1 bed flat with self check in, code provided prior to arrival, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen and dining room. 2 miles to City Centre 2 minute walk to St George park You will also find that the location is convenient being close to shops, facilities and buses to the rest of the city. There is private outside space (smoking is allowed out there) but no furniture for outdoor seating and it it not very inviting at current.

Your own private entrance & driveway. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.
