The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a spacious and comfortable layout, including: Master Bedroom Ensuite: Featuring a king-size bed for ultimate comfort. Sea View Bedroom (Queen): A cozy room with a queen-size bed and stunning sea views. Sea View Bedroom (Twin): Equipped with two single beds, also offering beautiful sea views. Bathroom with Shower: A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bathroom with Bathtub: Another stylish bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

Newly built apartment on first floor with two bedrooms equipped with A/C, spacious living room with tv, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, whereas the ground floor is occupied by my family and I. The house is located 20mins drive to the Belle Mare public beach and 5mins walk to the pier, where you can take ferry boat to ile aux cerf(small island in the east coast famous for its beaches and water activities). RIGHT ON a beautiful safe long stretch of white sand, in the most desirable region of Mauritius, near restaurants & bars. Option of hot home cooked food delivered, nanny & driver all at low local rates. Enclosed private beach front garden, two outdoor dining areas, private parking in secure beachfront low level two story development. One of 26 privately owned units sharing large serviced pool and garden.

Stay on our agroecological farm lulled by the sound of breeze and roosters - enjoy a peaceful time ambling through the coconut plantation and our vegetable gardens. Take a stroll in the coconut plantation, the vegetable garden and the plant nursery and among the free range animals. Relax in a hammock or a transat A breakfast tray is brought to your room at 8am every morning : fruit juice/ coconut water, bread, farm eggs, butter, jam , farm fruits and farm yoghurt.
