Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Skinopi Fisherman's House

A folk fisherman's house from the 50's, has been carefully renovated with detail. Located in the traditional fisherman's village of Skinopi just next to the shore, it will offer you exceptional holidays away from stressful .Daily life If we have to give a name to that house..it would be the house of colors! Introducing all tones of colors of a daytime like sky's blue and sun's gold or even orange and purple of a sunset. Also night's dark hues have been set as an illusion between moon and stars.

The traditional house "Porphyra" is located in the village of Tripiti in Milos. It is on the lower floor of a two-storey house, it has been renovated in 2020. Outside there is a traditional paved alley. Delivered clean. We will be happy to host you. To παραδοσιακό οίκημα  «Πορφύρα» βρίσκεται στο χωριό Τρυπητή στη Μήλο. Είναι στον κάτω όροφο διώροφης κατοικίας ,έχει ανακαινιστεί το 2020 . Εξωτερικά υπάρχει παραδοσιακό πλακόστρωτο σοκάκι. Παραδίδεται καθαρό .Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

The Colourful Land Syrma

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Surraunded by archeological hills and belong to the sea.

The traditional house "Ianthini" is located in the village of Tripiti on Milos. It is ideal for a quiet vacation. It is on the upper floor of a two-storey house, has been renovated in 2020 with sensitivity to the traditional Cycladic architecture. There is a large terrace overlooking the entrance to the bay of Milos. The house is delivered clean. We will be happy to accommodate you.

ERGINA’S BOAT HOUSE

Ergina's Boat House is a traditional house built in the sea front! It is a two storey building offering the very basic facilities. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the big door overlooking the sea water and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with the balcony.

Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.

Sunset Villa

This is a very cosy place with direct view towards the famous sunset of Milos from the capital of Plaka. It is a two minutes walk from the center, still in a very quite location offering privacy. Right in the traditional village of Plaka!

Our house on the former fisherman village, Klima, with two floors is situated directly by the sea. Open your door and go for a swim. The area is ideal for families or groups that wish a peaceful and idyllic vacation by the sea.
