Escape from the crowds and enjoy a real Roman experience in the tranquillity of this minimal, modern flat in a quiet corner nestled into the city's magnificent Aurelian Walls. Clean lines, crisp white walls, and sleek wood and metal finishing create an airy, up-to-date feel. The flat has an open-plan kitchen-living space, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to three guests plus younger children. We’ve taken a lot of care to try and make sure your stay is as comfy and hassle-free as possible. There are various possible sleeping combinations so please ask if you need a particular arrangement. A child’s cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog’s bed. There’s wi-fi and air-conditioning in every room. Appliances include TV-DVD combo, dishwasher, washing machine and almost everything else you might need. The furniture is brand new except when it’s rather old. You can borrow from our collection of guidebooks, cookbooks, novels and DVDs during your stay. The flat overlooks the Aurelian Walls with 'Parco delle Mura Aureliane' in one direction and 'Parco degli Scipioni' in the other, both less than 2 minutes’ walk away. Just across the road is the covered market of Piazza Epiro, great for typical fresh local produce. Many major attractions are nearby: the Basilica of San Giovani in Laterano, the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus and the Colosseum, the Museum of the Walls, the Catacombs, and the beautiful Basilica of St. Stephen in the Round. BUSES 360 to Termini Central Station 628 to Town Centre 218, 360 and 665 to San Giovanni Metro METRO San Giovanni and Piazza Re di Roma are both 10 minutes away on foot. And 218, 360 and 665 buses run from San Giovanni to Piazza Epiro. ON FOOT You can reach a lot of attractions on foot. For example, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes' pleasant walk away. TAXIS The nearest taxi rank is at Piazza Tuscolo a few minutes' walk away. CYCLE You can hire bicycles locally from Info Point Appia Antica, Via Appia Antica, 58. This is a great way to visit the Appia Antica Park. SCOOTER HIRE Hiring a scooter is a great way to get around Rome. There are a couple of places in the centre that specialise in renting to tourists, e.g. BICI & BACI, Via del Viminale, 5. TOURIST TAX INCLUDED EXTRA BEDS We can host a maximum of 3 people over 12 years of age (municipal rules) but extra children are allowed. You can request: - an extra bed for a child under 12 years old (€15/night extra). It’s only needed if the other 3 beds are already occupied. - a child’s cot for a child under 2 years old (no extra charge). Please tell us about your extra needs when you book.

Conveniently located in Florence's center near the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. The area is an excellent locale for restaurants, markets, and boutiques. Steps away from Brunelleschi’s dome, the ancient Baptistery, and medieval Palazzo Vecchio. There is a 7 minutes walk paid parking away from the apartment. It's located in via ghibellina. The apartment is 10 min walk from the train station (Santa Maria Novella). There is a taxi spot just 1 min walk away from the apartment. The apartment is in the heart of the city center. It's equipped with thick glass to isolate the noise. Earplugs can be provided in the rare cases when is requested by our guests.

Contemporary design apartment at the 4° floor with elevator in a historical building in front of Santa Maria Novella's train station. In the heart of the city, a few steps from monuments and shopping streets, and equipped with all comforts, can accommodate up to six people. There are two comfortable double rooms and one single room (connected to a double room) and one sofa'-bad, two bathrooms with shower, one of which is private to a room. Tv and airco in the rooms and in the living area.

Nestled in Chianti vineyards, close to Florence. 135 sq m house with large kitchen w/ fireplace, 3 bedrooms x tot. 9 beds, 3 bathrooms. An additional bedroom (for an extra fee) to add on request x tot. 11 beds. Ground floor is fully accessible for guests with disabilities, with bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen accessible by wheelchair. The entrance is accessible directly from the private parking lot. Air conditioning is available. Jacuzzi available exclusive use at an additional cost.

Perfect and cozy space for maximum of 4 people, includes two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and living room space is connected with kitchen and dinning room. Since it's located on the 6th floor, open balcony gives you great opportunity of late night relaxing. Apartment comes with free parking on the property. There's two parking spaces, one outside and one in the garage. Parking space is marked and it's closed for others. Also to note - our household is fully vaccinated.
