Nalazi se u Baškim Oštarijama, koje su 20ak km udaljene od Gospića na jednu stranu i od Karlobaga na drugu. Ukoliko dolazite ljeti, obavezno ponesite i topliji set odjeće jer je navečer prohladno, što ovo mjesto čini idealnom destinacijom za sve koji žele predah od ljetnih vrućina. Do mora ima 20ak minuta autom pa se preko dana gosti vole spustiti na kupanac.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Sastoji se od 2 spavace sobe, kuhinje, kupaonice, dnevnog boravka i predivne terase s pogledom na more. Kapaciteta je 5 osoba. Opremljena je svim potrebnim kucanskim aparatima, ima wi fi i smart tv.
