Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 4 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

Relax out in the woods! This is a one room cabin fully set up for a single guest. There is a double hot-eye burner for cooking. There is a coffee-maker and water boiler for tea. One twin bed and floor pad by request. Comes with WIFI, and usually around two to four bars of cell service depending on your carrier. There is a small hot water tank, so quick 5 minute showers. View of a nice yard and pond which sometimes has blue heron and wild ducks. The morning birds sound incredible.

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.

Fully Equipped Cozy “Skoolie” Converted Bus

Our 1957 Crown school bus Is a fully equipped motor home. We’ve traveled thousands of miles in it and it has been a member of the family for 42 years. It is a cozy useable space both WINTER and SUMMER and has housed family and friends for various lengths of stay over the years. The outside is rather “road weary”, but the inside has been refreshed. It's tucked away in alley with its own private entrance and parking spot. Loft has natural wood elements that give a warm and cozy feel to the space. Property owners live in the main house that is detached from Hygge House. The Hygge House is behind the main house and is in a different building in the alley.
