We welcome you at our amazing home with lots of room for fun. Only 5 minutes to Universal Studios, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, close to entertainment district and and large shopping center on Ventura Blvd. Enjoy private gated front yard, large pool, outside playground, gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace and game room with ping-pong table by the pool area. Starbucks and pizza is 3 min away. Our vacation home is very private and is located on a quiet cul-de sac street.

Hello! This Studio Guest quarter is located in the hills near the Hollywood Sign. It's nestled in Beachwood Canyon, which is very centrally located-just minutes away from the 101 FWY and Universal Studios. Hollywood Blvd is only about 1 mile away. Other attractions nearby are Pantages Theater, Hollywood Bowl, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood and Highland, Warner Bros Studio, The Grove, Sunset Blvd and more. You can walk to several restaurants. Uber is also available if you don't have a car.

This is a bright and airy, classic mid-century modern home designed by renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer, and features their signature post-and-beam construction, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows. A one bedroom, one bathroom rental on a completely private floor in our beautiful Hollywood Hills home. This is an ultra-private home on a cul-de-sac street that is entirely fenced-in and covered with lush ivy. This is one of the oldest homes in the neighborhood and was originally built in 1925. It has been upgraded overtime but exudes charm and will transport you to a serene Mediterranean oasis. Imagine Tuscany, yet you are only 10 minutes to prime Hollywood or Studio City!

Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. We are always enjoying the outdoor area along the side of the house. We try to keep the area clean and organized.

The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
