Wake to the sound of the waves, watch whales and dolphins from the balcony, or step outside for a coastal walk, swim or surf. Two queen bedrooms sleep up to four guests, making this an ideal beachfront escape for couples, friends or a small family.

Little House on Dawson

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)

Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches.
