Retreat to the water and fish from the bank, hop in a kayak or Jon boat, or start a fire in the pit to end a perfect day. Concan is 20 min away with clear crystal rivers to enjoy.

This unique home sits up high on stilts giving you a great view of the huge bald cypress trees that line the river. Halfway between popular Garner and Lost Maples State Parks!

Further adventures await within a few miles at the Frio and Nueces Rivers for hiking, tubing, and kayaking. Cooks Slough Nature Park is a popular spot for bird watching and hiking and is just south of the city limits.

For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
