Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, guests can enjoy access to three private lakes (bring your own kayak/paddleboard) and miles of rugged ranch trails, perfect for hiking and riding. Our property offers a true backcountry experience, so please know that while our trails are maintained, guests should expect natural terrain and a more rugged experience than what you would experience at a state park.

Further adventures await within a few miles at the Frio and Nueces Rivers for hiking, tubing, and kayaking. Cooks Slough Nature Park is a popular spot for bird watching and hiking and is just south of the city limits.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Relaxing Cabin on the Sabinal River

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
