Just minutes away from the slopes, the stunning Berg Haus is perched less than a mile from town with unparalleled views of the ski resort from every room. The retreat has been fully refurnished in euro mountain-modern style, functional and unforgettable, and features a brand new SAUNA and SALT WATER HOT-TUB, comfy memory foam beds, smart TVs, large fire pit and gas fireplace. The deck has amazing views and fenced yard. There is plenty of parking in the 2-car garage and large driveway.

Amazing Mountain Views

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Great Edwards location. Gondola! Air Conditioning in upper and main level. Beautiful, spacious home in Edwards. Surrounded by natural vegetation with common deer sightings. Great place for a large family or multiple families. Quick access to Hwy 6. . .located in a quiet neighborhood. Located just up the hill from Riverwalk, one of Edwards' great commercial areas with Starbucks, restaurants, a grocery store and movie theater. Sorry, firepit is not available summer 2026.

This house is located in Blue River. Private, quiet street, country type setting with room for parking. Just 5 minutes to all the action in Breck and far enough to enjoy the tranquility of nature! You will be surrounded by wooded and mountain views, while listening to Pennsylvania creek that runs by the fenced backyard. The backyard features a gas grill as well as a seating area. Private hot tub is perfect for stargazing.
