Located within the Dark Sky Reserve, the Farmhouse has 3 Large Roof Windows, so star gazing can be done while relaxing indoors!! Ideal location for walkers with the Beentee loop walk and Cnoc na dTobar pilgrim path close by.

Private lawn that leads down to the sea shore where seals can be seen on a daily basis bathing on the rocks on low tide. Enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing on the stone wall looking up the Fertha river or a stroll along the strand looking for clams for the afternoon tea. Located quarter of a mile from the Village of Portmagee where boats leave for the famous Skellig Rock

The house is a great base to explore the wonderful Gems that Co.Kerry has to offer. The house is a 10 min drive from Killorglin, 20 mins from Killarney and 1 hour drive from Dingle & Kenmare.

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

The Boat House is located right on the beach (perfectly safe for kids) on the island of Valentia off the Southwest coast of Ireland. The big window in the sitting room overlooks the beach, Lighthouse, Beginish Island and beyond. It is the most wonderful place to be in good weather and the most fascinating in bad weather when you can watch big waves crashing onto the beach, the rugged shore and the rocks by the lighthouse - all while being cuddled up on the couch with a hot cup of tea!
