Bunkhouse: 1 bed & fold mattress (2 add’l). Marina is 3 miles away, trails less than a mile. This cabin is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle. Easy access to activities, a peaceful night’s rest, a book by the pellet stove or create new memories around the fire pit, enjoying s’mores with friends and family!

This gorgeous home has multiple floors of accommodations, and is the perfect place to get away and be in nature. A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.

Plus, after a day of fishing or hiking, there is nothing better than watching the sunset while soaking in the private hot tub!

Dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs welcome, $50 per pet fee, must be crated if left alone in the house. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.
