This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated with all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. HOWEVER, This unit is located above a local, well loved Pub. Therefore making this unit VERY noisy with music and loughter. Four bedrooms, where the bizarre did dwell, A dining room with tales to tell, A kitchen that conjured culinary spells, Two bathrooms, where the ordinary rebelled.
