A smart tv along with internet and wifi access. Keurig coffee always stocked with coffee and all things necessary to make a good cup of coffee. Water bottles are always provided for our guests during their stay and the bed frame is brand new and has a charging station built into the headboard to charge devices.

If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
