Hi – welcome to our modern and compact private free standing studio (325 sq ft), centrally located near restaurants, transportation and freeways. Bright and cozy, featuring private entrance, full stove, fridge, in-unit washer/dryer, and AC/heat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it’s the perfect home base while you explore the city. NOTE this is a studio guest house on our property, and we do live in the front house. We may say hi if we see you. 1 car permit will be provided.

Our casita was completed in 2021 and offers a large one-bedroom with a king size bed with 100% cotton sheets and down comforter, a large bathroom with a double sink vanity, full kitchen, and a living room. The backyard offers multiple seating opportunities for you to kick up your feet and relax after a long day of exploring.
