With its one hundred years of history, located on a small hill that offers a wonderful view of the Apuan Alps, it was used as a strategic lookout point during the Second World War by many soldiers. The house is located just 6 km from the Aulla station. By car you can reach the beaches of the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, Forte dei Marmi in just 30 minutes, and also the ski resorts of Cerreto.
