"Shaka Laka" Guest House and Ranch

Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

The Byron Bungalow, convenient to all of middle Georgia (Byron, Macon, Warner Robins, Perry), is located off I-75, minutes from the Amazon warehouse & Buc-ee's, and close to Robins AFB. Near restaurants & shopping, the Bungalow has one bedroom with ROKU TV; living room with 55-inch ROKU TV; full kitchen; large bathroom; and laundry room with washer/dryer. Fast Wi-Fi and reserved parking round out this 725 square foot house, whether you are on vacation or looking for a business trip home.

The warm, cozy, cottage feel invites you to stay awhile or longer if you'd like. Morning coffee on the patio while bird watching or enjoy the peaceful views of the Pecan trees. The playground is the perfect escape from a long car ride. Night brings the illuminated glow from the outdoor lights while you enjoy your company.

Quiet Bungalow

A lovely one bedroom bungalow with a fabulous screened in porch for relaxing with a morning coffee. The house is located on a large lot surrounded on three sides by fence and trees to offer a wonderful private setting. Ample parking available for cars, trucks, boats and hard to fit vehicles. Comfortable queen bed and pull out sofa offer an ideal arrangement for a family of four. We love pets and welcome your well behaved fur babies to our home. Historic town with bike friendly roads.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Oasis Ridge Cabin - Overlooking Pond

Only 15 min. From I-75, Nestled in a private natural setting, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin offers a tranquil escape. Unwind on the furnished patio, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor grill. The spacious yard, flatland and hillside areas provide ample space for family fun. The Garden House - 8 minutes to RAFB

Peaceful retreat located on 2.5 acres. Relax and enjoy nature in this one bedroom guest house. Private drive and parking from main house, with easy access to Robins Air Force Base (5 miles), Georgia National Fairgrounds (13 miles), and Warner Robins (6 miles) shopping and restaurants. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.

The Courtyard Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Located in the historic district and within walking distance of downtown, museums, art gallery, shops, restaurants and the historic Grand Theatre. This space is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or a business traveler looking for a place to unwind at the end of the day.

Our 800 square foot stand alone cabin awaits you. Fresh air. A yard to explore and relax in. A pond. Barnyard animals to watch. Why be stuck in the city in a hotel when there's a better option? Catch and release fishing, fire pit, WIFI, EV charger, pool table. What else do you need? (new check out time is 11 AM)
