Cosy house with a magnificent ocean view and the most famous landmark in Azores - Ilhéu de Vila. Strategically located in Vila Franca do Campo, in the central part of the São Miguel island, which makes it an excellent starting point for trips to every corner of the island; it is well connected by expressway with the capital of the island and with the airport (about 20 minutes by car). A lot of restaurants within a walking distance! The unique microclimate makes the town extremely sunny.

Casa das Taipas is a 2-bedroom house in the heart of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. Casa do Pescador is a beautiful little house that we restored. It belonged to our ancestors. In its renovation, we wanted to honor their life and memories, as well as the local culture and stories related to fishing and pottery. We prioritize warm colors, and local and ecological materials combined with simplicity and comfort. It is very well located across the waterfront, with the wonderful islet in full view, and close to the local beaches and restaurants.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
