Toilet riêng siêu cao cấp, máy lạnh, tủ lạnh, nệm lớn 1.8x2m rất êm luôn, phòng bếp chung vô cùng hiện đại (có 1 số phòng có thêm bếp riêng trong phòng), chi nhánh 1 có phòng xông hơi, máy rửa chén, máy lọc nước ion kiềm Kangen (siêu cao cấp, nước uống làm đẹp da, chữa bệnh, phòng chống ung thư,...).
