Our street address is indeed 1 Paradise Lane. This centrally air-conditioned 2-BR 2.5 bath villa is situated within a lush tropical garden bordering the private Nail Bay Golf Course & the sea. Our 1,000+/- sq. ft roof top deck with glass railings is perfectly situated to capture the best sunset views and the never-ending boating traffic on the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Please note that Sunset Watch and 1 Paradise Lane share a pool and they can be rented together as a 3 BR villa.

Seaglass, 4 guests, Pool, Views, Close to Beach

Seaglass, sits 400 feet above sea level at the base of Gorda Peak, and offers panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and almost constant trade wind breezes. Designed and landscaped for privacy and relaxation, Seaglass consists of a two-bedroom, two-bath Main House and a Studio Suite, both fully furnished and have queen sized beds. In addition, they each boast their own separate saline pool, patio, and grill. The two units can be rented separately or together.

Located between Spring Bay and The Baths, you have the two best beaches with in a 10 minute walk. We are available to help you daily between 8 am and 5 pm at our office. Daily housekeeping is included during your stay. Jemstone has been completely refurnished in 2018. The private pool is the icing on the cake!

Sugar Mill Plantation 4 bedrooms

This beautiful two storey villa in Spring Bay Estates, is just one house back from the beach. Sugar Mill is beautifully decorated and furnished in bamboo and rattan, with hammocks on both levels. Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, Smart TV, stereo system.

Rockmere Villa: The Baths

The stunning view from Rockmere includes Sir Francis Drake Channel and boulders that adorn this part of the island including The Baths. Little Valley beach is just a few hundred feet away from Rockmere, a 2-acre property. Minimum 7-night stay.

Located right on the beach at Spring Bay! It is a well-appointed home, with air conditioning in both bedrooms and beautiful in its simplicity....white walls and white tiled floors, and stylish rattan furnishings.

The house is built high on stilts to capture the ocean view and the surrounding boulders of the Baths. A short walk to The Baths national part and Spring Bay. Enjoy the private pool and air conditioned bedroom.
