Built in 1913, this charming home has been fully restored. With 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath, family room and full kitchen, the Loft can comfortably sleep 4. Located blocks from Canal Street, you'll find an excellent assortment of restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive/bike ride to the beach, making us the perfect spot for your getaway.

Just pack your clothes and head to beautiful historic Deland, Florida! With so many attractions within driving, your schedule will be packed. Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.
